As a busy wife, small business owner, and mother of 4 small children, I develop weekly menus to help keep myself on track. I started this blog as a way to share these menus (and some of my favorite recipes) with other busy cooks. Since my first post it has evolved into a discussion of not only food but other aspects of life. Check out my tips, recipes, and, of course, my weekly menus. Week 3 Menu (May 3-9)
Week 3:
Roast Chicken, Potatoes, Veggies, & Fresh Bread
Chicken Pot Pie
Brats, Grilled Potatoes, & Veggie
Homemade Sausage "The Works" Pizza
California Medley Soup (basically a mix between cream of and cheesy Broccoli, Cauliflower, and Carrot Soup)
It's one that I usually just "throw together" and I keep forgetting to write it down as I make it. I will try to get it on here within the next few days.
I'd love to get the recipe for the soup on this post - sounds yummy!
