"Philly Cheesesteak" Pizza

Bottom: Completed and delicious!
(BBQ Chicken Pizza is at the top of the picture)
I was making up homemade pizzas for dinner on Friday and Jared just happened to get home from work a bit early so he decided that we would attempt some homemade Philly Cheesesteak Pizza.
1 pound pizza dough (I had some whole wheat dough in the freezer from the local grocery store)
1 1/2 tablespoons garlic herb butter (just minced herbs, garlic, and butter)
1 1/2 tablespoons of flour
2/3 cup skim milk
1 dollop of light sour cream.
1/2 lb steak, thinly sliced
1/3 of a green pepper, thinly sliced
1/3 of a medium onion , thinly sliced
1 cup Italian blend cheese, divided
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

In a small pan, melt 1 1/2 tablespoons garlic herb butter over medium-low heat.
Sprinkle 1 1/2 tablespoons of flour over the butter and whisk together to create a paste.
Whisk in 2/3 cup skim milk and 1 dollop of light sour cream.
Sprinkle in 1/4 cup of Italian blend cheese, stir until smooth.
Spread evenly over crust (I made a stuffed crust by wrapping the edge of the dough around chunks of string cheese, about 8 oz worth)
Thinly slice a nice chunk of steak.
Thinly slice 1/3 of a green pepper and 1/3 of a medium onion.
Saute the steak, onions, and peppers in a bit of oil with some salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce.
Sprinkle 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce, then sprinkle the meat mixture over that. Finally, top with another cup of shredded mozzarella and 3/4 of a cup of Italian blend cheese.
Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes.
Let the pizza cool for 5-10 minutes before slicing and enjoy!
