Strawberry Banana Mango Muffins

I was feeling creative yesterday morning while making our Sunday "take along" breakfast. With several
bananas and a mango that needed to be used up I decided to attempt something new, Strawberry Banana Mango muffins. They were delicious!
  • 1/4 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 5 small bananas
  • 1 cup finely chopped mango
  • 1 cup strawberry yogurt
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 cup quick cooking oats
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 teaspoons salt
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease muffin tin(s). 
  2. Cream butter, sugar, eggs, bananas, mango, and yogurt.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine flour, oats, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Add to creamed mixture one cup at a time.
  4. Spoon batter into pan(s). Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20.
  5. Enjoy!
