Ingredients
- 1/2-3/4 cup strong brewed coffee
- 1-1 1/2 cups skim milk (the big thing is keeping the milk to coffee ratio 2:1)
- 2-3 tbsp fat free ice cream topping or Torani sugar free syrup (if you don't care about the calories, you could make up some delicious salted caramel sauce and use that instead)
- pint-sized mason jar

Directions
Microwave milk in the pint jar for 2 minutes. Add caramel. Place the lid on the jar and shake vigorously for 30-60 seconds. Pour the milk and coffee into your favorite coffee mug. Voila!
