Menu 2021: July 11-31

I took a couple of months off of menu planning as we've had a ton of summer stuff going on including a two week vacation. We spent a week in Wisconsin Dells with my sister's family where we rented a house at one of the resorts. Then we went to my parents' for a few days. Finally, we spent a couple of days camping up in Door County. I am trying to get back into routine with planning meals before the craziness of preseason practices and school begin again.

Without any further adieu, here is the menu through the end of July...

July 11-17

  • Subs, chips, veggies, and a side salad
  • Sheet pan dinner (sausage and roasted vegetables)
  • Southwest chicken salad
  • Cheeseburgers, chips, fruit, and a side salad
  • Smoked chicken with a TexMex tomato relish, black beans, and Mexican street corn casserole
  • Thai green curry

July 18-24

  • Smoked pork tenderloin, fingerling potatoes, mixed vegetables, and blueberry peach cobbler
  • Spaghetti, mixed veggies, and side salad
  • Lo Mein
  • Zucchini Parmesan, 
  • Venison Chops, Fried eggs and toast
  • Smoked venison, mushroom risotto, and vegetables

July 25-31

  • Italian beef sandwiches and roasted vegetables
  • Omelets and American fries
  • Deli wraps, chips, and fruit salad
  • Pizza and salad
  • Brats, burgers, roasted potatoes, and vegetables
