With all my kids in Jr./Sr. High, life has been quite busy. Thankfully, we're coming to the end of basketball season so things "should" slow down a little. Here is the menu for February.

SU - French toast and breakfast sausages
M - California medley soup with chicken
T - pizza
W - spaghetti and meat sauce, mixed vegetables, and side salad
TH - eggs and grits
F - fried chicken, potato wedges, fresh fruit
S - date night
SU - carne asada burrito bowls
M - tacos, beans and rice
T - dinner out - away games
W - breakfast sandwiches and hash browns
TH - potato soup (basketball tournament)
F - subs and chips (basketball tournament)
S - hubby is speaking at a Valentine banquet <3
SU - hot beef sandwiches, tater tots, veggie tray
M - pancakes, eggs, and bacon
T - dinner out - boys away game
W - sloppy joes, mac’n’cheese, mixed vegetables
TH - egg roll in a bowl
F - mini meatloaf, mashed potatoes, and mixed veggies - boys’ playoff game
S - hubby and I were asked to serve at a couples retreat <3
