Menu 2020: February 1-March 28

February marks the end of the basketball season for our kids. It's been fun to see them learn a new sport and participate on a team, but I am definitely ready for a more open schedule! This month we are taking our oldest two kids on their first mission trip and my FIL is coming to stay with the youngest two. All four of the kids are incredibly excited about each of their adventures. I am including the menus for both February and March.
February 1-8
  • Ham and cheese sandwiches, salad, and green beans 
  • Nacho bar
  • Leftovers
  • Subs and salad
  • Venison chops, scrambled eggs, toast, and peaches
  • Chicken and vegetable ramen
February 9-15
  • Asian chopped salad with sweet and sour chicken
  • Chili
  • Pizza
  • Pasta with Alfredo sauce, mushroom and cheese sausage links, and vegetables
  • Quiche
February 16-22
  • Roast turkey breast, mashed potatoes, and vegetables
  • Spaghetti, vegetables, and a side salad
  • Biscuits and gravy, eggs, and fruit
  • Chicken fried rice
February 23-29
  • Mission Trip
March 1-7
  • Corndogs, mac'n'cheese, and mixed vegetables
  • Pancakes, eggs, bacon, and peaches
  • Chicken enchilada casserole
  • Brats, roasted potatoes, and veggies
March 8-14
March 15-21
March 22-28
