I didn't follow my menu plan very well after we returned from our mission trip with the kids as things were just starting to get crazy, so I will be using some of last month's ideas this month.
March 29-April 4
- Chicken pot pie and a salad
- Spaghetti with roasted garlic cream sauce, a side salad, and French bread
- April Foolin' with meatloaf cupcakes, green beans, and garlic bread
- Burritos
- Pizza, salad, and chips
- Spaghetti, vegetables, and a side salad
- Chicken fried rice
- Jerusalem bagels with a charcuterie board (Charcuterie is the arranging and preparing of cured meats, cheeses and finger foods on a platter or board. Another way of calling a charcuterie board would be a meat and cheese board)
- Dahi chicken with lentils and rice
- Fry bread tacos
- Happy Resurrection Sunday! Roast turkey, wild rice medley, and vegetables
- California medley soup and grilled cheese sandwiches
- Enchilada casserole
- Biscuits and gravy, eggs, and fruit
- Turkey and wild rice soup with multigrain sourdough bread
- Grilled chicken and Asian quinoa slaw salad with sesame ginger vinaigrette
- Pinchos and arroz con gandules
- Minestrone and French bread
- Egg roll in a bowl
- Chicken legs in creamy mushroom sauce over wild rice with mixed veggies
- Pepperoni pizza hand pies
- Pork salsa verde, pinto beans and rice
- Easy fajita chicken bake, black beans, brown rice
