- Pulled Pork & Slaw, and carrot sticks
- Parmesan ranch baked chicken, mashed potatoes, and veggies.
- Manicotti Alla Romana, side salad, and French bread (or maybe even breadsticks...) - this dish can be made the night before and then refrigerated, which will be perfect for a Wednesday.
- Pineapple Chicken Stir-Fry (yes, I will be making this up as I go)
- Brats, grilled potatoes, & relish tray
