Tacos, black beans, and cornbread casserole
Eggplant rollatini, steamed veggies, and garlic bread
October 19-25
Tortellini in roasted red pepper cream sauce with smoked sausage, kale, and asparagus
White chicken chili and corn muffins
Buttermilk pumpkin spice pancakes, sausage links, and scrambled eggs
Grilled salmon, wild rice, and steamed vegetables
Peppery beef sandwiches, cheesy hash brown casserole, and mixed veggies
October 26-November 1
Dahi chicken with dal and quinoa
Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, and steamed vegetables
Turkey, roasted red potatoes, vegetables, and dinner rolls
Carne asada, beans, and rice
Happy 11th Anniversary to my hubby! Biscuits and gravy with omelets to start the day but we still haven't decided what we'll do to celebrate.
