- Cooking spray
- 4 skinless boneless chicken breast halves (5 to 6 ounces each) pounded to 1/2-inch thickness
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon or lime juice
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon dill
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Directions
- In a small bowl, whisk together everything except the chicken and cooking spray. Place chicken in a large ziploc bag and pour mixture over the chicken; seal and shake till chicken is coated. Let rest in fridge for a minimum of 30 minutes.
- Spray a grill or grill pan with cooking spray and heat to medium-high heat. Grill until grill marks have formed and chicken is cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per side. Remove from heat, let rest for 5 minutes, then serve. For topping salads or placing in wraps cut into 1/2-inch thick slices.
