- National Cold Cuts Day (3/3) - cold cut flatbread sandwiches, roasted cauliflower, and fruit salad
- Swai Vera Cruz
- Roast chicken (slow cooker), mashed parsnip and potatoes, and roasted carrots
- Winter vegetable soup
- Black bean and chicken flatbread paninis, steamed veggies, and side salad
- National Ranch Dressing Day (3/10) - I didn't know there was such a day, but since there is we will be celebrating with chef salads
- National "Eat your Noodles" Day (3/11) - Spaghetti and meatballs (pop frozen meatballs and jarred marinara sauce into a slow cooker and let it sit on low all day), steamed broccoli, side salad, and roasted garlic bread
- National Chicken Noodle Soup Day (3/13) - obviously, chicken noodle soup is on the menu (slow cooker)
- Tex-Mex mac'n'cheese (basically a cross between tacos and mac'n'cheese)
- Turkey and wild rice soup (slow cooker)
- National "Eat Like an Irishman" Day (3/17) - corned beef and cabbage or Dublin Coddle (Irish Sausage, Bacon, Onion and Potato Hotpot)
- National Sloppy Joe Day (3/18) - slow cooker sloppy joes, roasted cauliflower, and lentils
- National Ravioli Day (3/20) - homemade ravioli (still deciding what kind) with garlic cream sauce, steamed broccoli, and side salad
- National Crunchy Taco Day (3/21) - since Tex-Mex is my hubby's favorite food, it's safe to say that we will be having crunchy tacos (either fish or ground turkey) and black beans
- Loaded potato soup (slow cooker)
- National Waffle Day (3/25) - Mmmm, Belgian waffles with fresh fruit, scrambled eggs, and bacon
- Pizza and side salad
- Pork schnitzel with arugula salad and roasted veggies
- Carne asada, black beans, and quinoa (slow cooker)
- Omelettes and hashbrowns
- April Fool's Day meal - meatloaf and mashed potato "cupcakes", steamed veggies, and side salad
- Chicken and stuffing bake
- National Hot Cross Bun Day (Good Friday) - hot cross buns will be served for breakfast
- Grilled chicken sandwiches and California Medley soup
- Steaks, roasted root veggies, steamed broccoli, and side salad
