Week 1: February 4-10
- Chicken quesadillas with black beans and rice
- Cinnamon and brown sugar oatmeal pancakes with fresh fruit and breakfast sausage
- Pizza, fruit salad, and a veggie tray
- Jambalaya
- Spaghetti, mixed veggies, and French bread
Week 2: February 11-17
- Easy chicken cordon bleu, roasted fingerling potatoes, and [crockpot] glazed baby carrots
- [Crockpot] rotisserie chicken, mixed veggies, mashed potatoes with gravy, and dinner rolls
- [Crockpot] chicken and dumplings (from the leftover rotisserie chicken)
- Dinner at 8pm - Steak Gorgonzola Alfredo with balsamic reduction, glazed baby carrots, roasted garlic French bread, red velvet brownies, and skinny caramel lattes
- Pizza - we're having some friends over and I am going to teach them how to make homemade pizza
Week 3: February 18-24
- [Crockpot] venison stroganoff with garlic herb noodles and mixed veggies
- Pancakes, scrambled eggs, and fresh fruit
- Fajitas and black beans
- [Crockpot] Rosemary chicken with white beans
- Tater Tot Casserole
Week 4: February 25-March 3
- Freezer ham sammies and tomato soup
- [Crockpot] Chili and cornbread
- Chicken Pot Pie
- Spaghetti, mixed veggies, side salad, and French bread
- Roast turkey, mashed potatoes and gravy, stuffing, glazed baby carrots, dinner rolls, and pies a la mode - it's Jared's last day at his current job so I'd like to celebrate the beginning of a new chapter in our lives. And, if everything has gone well this month, we'll be celebrating putting the house up for sale.
